In Short
Years of sunlight falling through this diner's large windows may have faded the brightly colored tables and benches, but they also have refined the restaurant's character. Since 1967 (when it really was a drive-in), the restaurant has been slinging patties and churning out homemade milkshakes to kids, cops, regulars and visitors in-the-know. Ice cream flavors range from the standard (chocolate chip cookie dough) to the daring (pumpkin)--and toppings choices are as varied as the scoops.
