In my honest opinion, That Look offers any and everything I could want and/or hope for in a salon. I've been a client there since I was little, and i've seen three of the twenty some odd stylists who work there. They all did a fantastic job! I go every five weeks, to retouch my color, and six to get it trimmed. Since my first visit, I have had nothing but good experiences when i've gone. The staff are kind and personable, and willing to help us clients out when need be. The stylists give their professional input, and will not hesitate to be honest about the way a certain style will look on you [in the kindest way possible!] as well as alter the style to fit your look. I must say that I would definetly reccommend anyone-young to old, this very salon. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE!

I have had several pleasurable experiences at That Look Salon in East Lyme. The stylists were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Salon for anyone who may be looking for a dependable and classy salon.
